I'm Making Like A Kit Kat ....
... and taking a break today. Today is shaping up to be a busy day for me, so instead of trying to squeeze in a blog posting (and mostly likely botching it up and/or creating the most boring posting ever), I'm just pulling the trigger and saying, I'm out for the day. See you tomorrow, peeps! But before I go, I'll leave you with this image, just because I like it and it makes me happy to look at it. Could you live with this much pattern for an hour? A day? Forever? I don't know what it is about it, but I love it. Can't get enough. See you tomorrow :)

That is A LOT of pattern! I think I'd lose it looking at it every day. I like all of the individual elements, though.
ReplyDeleteI know ... I don't know if I could live in a whole room of it, but I definitely like staring at a small portion of it. And I think that's scrapbooking paper on the ceiling which can't possibly be right, but if it is that's awesome :)
DeleteHmm - don't think I could live with it. However, I do rather like the tartan pattern on the upper right - it reminds me of the packaging from Mackintosh's creamy toffee candy bar, which might explain why I like it . . .
ReplyDeleteThat's funny, it reminds ME of a tin of shortbread my grandmother used to buy from Mark's and Spencer! I wish I knew the brand, but the box was the same ...
DeleteIt's too much for me, personally. I go a little bug eyed just looking at it for a few seconds (but that's just me--not criticizing tastes at all-- as I tend to be very selective with patterns& prints).
ReplyDeleteHope your busy day isn't too chaotic & you snag a little 'you' time :)
Yeah, I think a whole room would be overwhelming. As I said to Ashley, I sure do like a small window, though! :)
